“Silk Road Financial Future Leaders Pilot Program" Industry-Academia Research Activity: Tian Feng Securities
On the afternoon of July 2, faculty and students from the School of International Education and the School of Finance of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law visited TF Securities for an industry-academia research activity under the "Silk Road Financial Future Leaders Pilot Program". Participants included Hu Hongbing, Vice Dean of the School of Finance; Deng Zhen, Deputy Director of the Chinese Language Teaching and Research Section at the School of International Education; Zhu Yajie, Student Counselor at the School of International Education; and 25 international students from the summer program.
The event began with a visit to TF Securities' Brand Culture Exhibition Hall. Through detailed explanations by the docent, the participants gained a comprehensive understanding of TF Securities' development history, corporate culture, and business layout. Centered around the theme of "Seed Growth", the exhibition vividly showcased TF Securities' practical achievements in serving the real economy and fulfilling social responsibilities under the guidance of Party building.
Participants thoroughly studied TF Securities' client philosophy of "growing together with clients" and talent philosophy of "putting entrepreneurs first", gaining a clear understanding of the company's nationwide branch network and market position. During the interactive session, faculty and students showed strong interest in TF Securities' core business segments including fintech, TF International, and TF Research Institute. International students paid particular attention to the current status of the company's founding team members and engaged in in-depth reflection on the "Responsibility Section" that highlights TF Securities' active fulfillment of social responsibilities under Party leadership. They also experienced real-time data dynamics and technological innovation applications in the securities industry.
Subsequently, representatives from TF Securities held a symposium with faculty and students from the School of Finance of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on topics including development trends in the financial industry and models for industry-academia cooperation.
Vice Dean Hu Hongbing pointed out that this research activity provided valuable industry practice opportunities for faculty and students, effectively promoting the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical operations, while laying a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation between the university and the enterprise. International students generally expressed that through this field visit, they not only deepened their understanding of China's financial market but also profoundly experienced the international vision and social responsibility of Chinese financial institutions.
