主讲人简介：

Utpal Bhattacharya：1980年获印度理工学院（Indian Institute of Technology）机械工程专业学士学位，1982年获印度管理学院（Indian Institute of Management）MBA学位，1990年获哥伦比亚大学（Columbia University）金融学博士学位，现为美国印第安纳大学（Indiana University）金融学副教授、香港科技大学金融学访问教授，曾在美国芝加哥大学、杜克大学、麻省理工学院担任访问学者。

Bhattacharya教授的研究集中在金融的暗面，研究成果发表在Journal of Finance、Journal of Financial Economics、Review of Financial Studies、Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis等顶级金融期刊，The Accounting Review等顶级会计期刊，以及 Journal of Economic Theory、 Journal of Law and Economics、 Journal of Monetary Economics等顶级经济学期刊；担任Journal of Financial Markets副主编，曾任 Review of Financial Studies副主编。
