Dear international students expected to graduate in June, 2025,

As part of the graduation requirements for international students graduating in June 2025, we kindly remind you to submit the scanned copy your HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) certificate before June 1, 2025. Please submit as follows:

1、Submission Guidelines:

1）Format: Please provide a scanned copy of your HSK certificate as a PDF attachment.

2）Email Address:educationoffice@zuel.edu.cn； send your document to educationoffice@zuel.edu.cn.  

3）Email Subject Line: Use the format HSK - Student ID Number - Name.  

4）Attachment Name: Rename the file to HSK - Student ID Number - Name.  

2、Why This Matters:

Your HSK score is required to verify your language proficiency for graduation. Failure to submit by the deadline may delay the processing of your diploma.
